- Opening discussion on why it is important to have the skill to deliver tough messages
- Two industry examples, one good and one not good, of a national company delivering tough news
- Breakout session – two or three groups discussing likes/dislikes of each example
- Break – 10 minutes
- Role-play exercise involving prepared script regarding a specific Aultman example
- Question and answer
