The Affordable Care Act and Public Health Organization will introduce participants to the history, design, and effects of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Through this 7 module course, participants will explore the history of the United States healthcare system, the systemic issues that lead to the development of the ACA, the principle impacts of the ACA, and the manner in which the ACA effects public health organizations at the regional and local level.
