« back to classes page
Time management and prioritizing are issues that most people face when trying to juggle workload, client interests, and the unforeseen. How do we create processes and plans so what we are trying to accomplish isn't derailed? It's important to be able to meet the client needs regardless of what comes up. And there are days when priorities change or challenges are included in the mix. How we handle these things will determine how successful we are, and how satisfied we will be with our work. Participants will:

* Consider what it looks like when everything goes according to plan
* Identify obstacles that get in their way
* Determine which obstacles are significantly impacting their time
* Create their own decision process for addressing those obstacles
* Embrace communication strategies that increase cooperation and understanding
