There are four generations of employees in today's workplace, creating unprecedented diversity issues and potential workplace conflict. Each generation has a unique definition of job satisfaction and work ethic, as well as offering diverse job assets and requiring different types of job satisfaction. These varied perspectives create differing motivations, communication styles and expectations of colleagues and managers.
Who should attend? This workshop is designed for anyone in a coaching role (i.e. HR generalists, supervisors, managers, team or project leaders, etc.). It includes information, discussion and skill-building exercises regarding generational-specific coaching issues.
