Effective communication is the backbone of any successful relationship, personal or professional.  In the course of some conversations however, if the stakes are high and opinions vary, emotions may also tend to run strong and the normal conversation frequently escalates into a crucial conversation, often ending in negative consequences or results.

This workshop is based on the highly acclaimed book Crucial Conversations by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Green, Ron McMillan and Al Switzer.  Participants will learn proven skills for how to identify and navigate crucial conversations and create positive outcomes.

At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
•    Identify a crucial conversation
•    Recognize their “Style Under Stress”
•    Understand the process for creating positive outcomes in their crucial conversations
•    Practice and apply this skill set to their own specific scenarios
