This session will introduce you to leadership insights discovered in sports psychology and brain research. You will leave with the foundation of an energy plan for increasing energy reserves and building your capacity to handle stress. During this session, participants will:

  • Identify tips for managing energy verses managing time 
  • Learn energy management methods borrowed from the world of psychology, nutrition and exercise physiology 

WHAT'S PREVENTING YOUR TEAM'S SUCCESS? OVERCOMING CRITICAL DYSFUNCTIONS

Based on Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this session will help participants build healthy, productive teams by identifying strategies to overcome the critical five dysfunctions- absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability and inattention to results.  
At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify each of the five dysfunctions that prevent team success
  • Apply specific strategies to assist teams in becoming more effective
