Creating an Inclusive and Harassment-free Workplace

The changing composition of the workforce is evident in a variety of ways in organizations. Based on both apparent and less obvious characteristics, diversity in the workforce continues to grow. Creating an Inclusive and Harassment-free in Workplace addresses the importance of holding managers accountable for diversity and ensuring a workplace free from harassment. The importance of creating an environment in which every individual is respected and valued will be stressed and that no individual can or should be subject to a workplace of fear, intimidation and insecurity.
